I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us (help@bosandco.com) as quickly as possible! 

Please provide us with the following information:

- E-mail you used to place the order;
- Order number and the item’s name;
- A description of the fault; and
- A few photos of the item so that we can analyze them.

As soon as we receive your email we'll evaluate the faulty item and contact you directly!
