You have 30 days from your order delivery date to Exchange, Credit, or Refund your order.
The products must be in perfect condition:
- No use marks and no visible damage;
- With the original label and, if applicable, brand accessories;
- Always with the original box.
To register your return we ask you to access this link, add in your first and last name, your email and the order number, you should then be able to select the items you wish to process the return on.
We do not offer Free Returns, and you are responsible for your return.
To return your order, place the products inside the original brand box, and then inside the shipping box in a saleable condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice and return the item you wish to the address on your invoice (this will be with your parcel), in its original packaging. We request that customers do not tape, mark or write on the product boxes. Please note we do not refund your initial delivery charge, unless specific circumstances dictate.
Please note that your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your chosen delivery service.
