If you have received an incorrect item please contact us (help@bosandco.com) as quickly as possible!
Please provide us with the following information:
- E-mail you used to place the order;
- Order number and the incorrect item’s name; and
- A few photos of the item so that we can analyze it.
Send the item back to us, ask for proof of postage or make sure you write down or even take a photo of the tracking number, so that we can keep a close eye on its arrival, and if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you'll have proof you sent it.

As soon as you let us know that the item has been sent back, we will process an online Bos. & Co. voucher, which you can use on any item of your choice, or we can also provide you with a full refund back into the original method of payment.
If you still want the order and the item is still in stock, please order them through our website as normal.
