How long will my delivery take and what are the costs?

Nothing makes us happier than knowing that your order has been shipped safely, so that it can arrive as quickly as possible!

We strive to have the best carriers working with us to provide you with the most suited shipping options and price, this means that shipping costs can be applied depending on the country of origin and destination of your order. All available options and corresponding delivery times will be presented at checkout before completing your payment.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Shipments to Australia & New Zealand may take 6 to 8 weeks.
- Any customers outside of the United States may have to pay import clearance and duties. The purchaser is responsible for paying this cost.
- Transit time will vary based on destination. Please contact the individual carriers listed above for estimated transit times. In North America, the estimated transit time is 10 business days.

Our orders are delivered on working days between 9h00 and 18h00. Orders with more than one item might be delivered separately, depending on where they are being sent from. 

Delivery times shown at checkout may change during special periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and other periods when sales volumes are high.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, related restrictions may affect our regular delivery times.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment? 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if an address is invalid or has missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund back into the original method of payment. Shipping Costs are not refunded in these cases.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. 

We do not take responsibility for loss, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
